The features that Ataco offers are delicious looking and tasting tacos. While eating you will enjoy great music from all over Latin America. Other features include a nice shade under a tent. "Features are a competitive tool for differentiating the company’s product from competitors’ products" (Marketing: An Introduction, 10th Edition. Armstrong 214). "Features Tell, but Benefits Sell" (http://www.helpscout.net/blog/benefits-sell/). The features at Ataco is telling the people that if you are hungry and bored, you are going to have a blast with Ataco. These are all general features that Ataco has to offer to the public. The benefit is that people will feel at home. Whether people feel at home at home or in their country of origin Ataco offers that benefit to the consumers. Also, there is a dance floor for people to dance. This is another benefit for single young people. Another benefit would be delicious tacos that are not overly priced. "Customer satisfaction is a key to building profitable relationships with consumers—to keeping and growing consumers and reaping their customer lifetime value" (Marketing: An Introduction, 10th Edition. Armstrong 154).

EOC Week 9: Three Great Mission Statements
Mission statement
"A statement of the organization’s purpose—what it wants to accomplish in the larger environment" (Marketing: An Introduction, 10th Edition. Pearson Learning Solutions. Armstrong 39).
Latora
"To our consumers... Our mission is to bring better food and unforgettable experiences through superior customer service, "that will leave your stomach and wallet satisfied"."
This mission statement seemed to really focus on customer satisfaction just like Zappos. "Zappos is flat out customer obsessed. It has a passion for creating customer value and relationships" (Marketing: An Introduction, 10th Edition. Pearson Learning Solutions. Armstrong 3).
Nicole
"Fireybird Fajitas is in business to light up your life with delicious meats, cheeses, and more. We want you to have a great long-lasting experience that lights up your life and leaves you fired up for whatever your day will bring."
This mission statement I thought was good because it was specific and motivating like a mission statement should be. "Mission statements should be meaningful and specific yet motivating" (Marketing: An Introduction, 10th Edition. Pearson Learning Solutions. Armstrong 40).
Lori Jeniffer
"Making the cheesiest quesadilla’s and serving it with a bright cheesy smile"
This is one is fun.

Week 8 EOC: Creative Content
I am an audio student but for creative content, I would like to do more than just audio. I would first like to create a logo for my fast food pop-up. I have little experience (almost none) in graphic design but I do have enough skills to make it happen. I do not have an idea of what it would like yet because this requires a lot of brainstorming and sketching. Logos are generally simple and eye catching. If time allows me at the end, I will create an animation for my logo.
Another thing I hope to achieve is clothing design. For this, I will need lots of help from my knowledgeable sister. She has created dresses in the past. Those dresses were modeled by her in the Fashion Show Mall. My goal is get some sketch designs ready for the actual clothing to be made. The clothing will most likely not be complete as a physical product in time for the final project.
The last creative content will be an audio commercial. I plan the commercial to be under 45 seconds. The commercial will be ready in English and Spanish. The commercial must cover important information such as the who, what, when, where and why.
To show what the the pop-up restaurant looks like, I will need to do some Photoshop. This shouldn't be too hard since I got the perfect BBQ grill in my backyard. I also own a set of PA speakers. The only thing that I would need to Photoshop is a tent and the logo sign.

Week 6: Me x 3
TOYOTA TRUCKS
Toyota is a vehicle that really defines my father. It has always been his number one choice for vehicle purchase. Nissan is his second choice. The reason for his choice is trust. He has always seen Toyota as a reliable vehicle. More specifically, he relies on Toyota trucks. All his purchases had been used cars. He has owned many Toyota cars and trucks throughout his life and has never had a problem with any of them. I know continue on with his Toyota loyalty for trucks. Currently my father owns a Toyota Tacoma 99' and my sister a Toyota Solaris 01'. I have a classic 1977 Toyota R23 pickup. I would never buy a vehicle other than Toyota!

VANS SHOES
When I was younger, it always felt so hard to pick out a shoe. I didn't like the way many looked. Some shoes did look nice but were way too expensive. I would usually end up just getting whatever shoe that was cheap. One day, in my mid teen years, I walked into a vans store in search for some shoes. At the time, I got a pair because it met my style. Ever since, I have been purchasing Vans shoes. Now in the present, I continue to stay loyal to the brand but go for their more simple solid color (black) shoes.
MOGAMI CABLE
In the past, I never really payed attention to instrument cables or XLR cables. I used to always purchase a cheap brand that was usually around 20'. Now that I have entered the recording world, cables matter a little more than what they did before. I have never heard of the brand Mogami until early this year. I went to a music store to purchase a microphone. The microphone said it was internally wired with Mogami cable. I didn't really think about it at the moment. I thought, maybe I need another XLR cable since this is a stereo pair microphone. The sales person suggested Mogami since it was on sale that day. After I got home I did some research on the cable. It turned out to be a top of the line cables. It is designed for superior audio quality. I was surprised because the price wasn't ridiculously high and also because the cable was so thin compared to others. They are considered "The Cable of the Pros". Since then, they have been my number one choice for XLR cables.

Week 5 EOC: Social Networks and Job Hunting
LinkedIn is the top professional networking site. It is very comprehensive to view data from candidates for a possible job. Facebook does seem to be a threat to job boards that are more traditional. It seems to slowly attract recruiters because of the mass number of users.
"Facebook hires account for less than 1% of the total hires companies are making, according to Jobs2Web, which helps companies track the sources of candidates and hires" (Recruiters Troll Facebook For Candidates They Like, Aug 8, 2011). Facebook May not be very efficient but sure does have potential. "The majority of social-media traffic to Waste Management Inc.'s careers website comes from Facebook... trying to fill 1,500 positions—from software developers to garbage truck drivers" (Recruiters Troll Facebook For Candidates They Like, Aug 8, 2011). Some companies are able to find Facebook much more beneficial than job boards such as LinkedIn.
Facebook may find its way to becoming popular for employee candidates. Employers would like to know more about who they could possibly hire. With millions of users on Facebook, it is made easier for some companies. On the other hand, other companies may find that they don't recruit as much people through Facebook as they do with LinkedIn. It is similar to marketing techniques where they try to find out more about the consumer. Figuring out the employee may effect customer service. "Many, many levels of factors affect our buying behavior—from broad cultural and social influences to motivations, beliefs, and attitudes lying deep within us" (Marketing: An Introduction, 10th Edition. Armstrong 137).

Week 4 EOC: New Phone App
A cool app idea would be something that is able to listen to sound and translate it into either words or find more similar sounds on the internet. This would mostly be an app used for fun but may have some good uses to it too. It will work with the microphone built into your smart phone.
I could feel an app like this would be really fun for me to mess around with. The app should be able to give many synonyms for whatever sound it is describing. The app should also be able to find similar sounds for free and for purchase. This could be a neat tool for sound designers! Sometimes you hear a sound somewhere that sounds cool and/or weird; that's when you may quickly pull out your phone and open up this cool app. Then, you should be able to save in a bookmark or library to later analyze.
I believe this app idea has potential. A lot more may be added to make this app better and more helpful. This app may be more than just a tool and can be a cool app game too.

Week 3 EOC: My Demographics
My demographics is the Millennials also known as Gernation Y. Millennials is the generation that follows Generation X. "Echo Boomers" is another term used to describe Generation Y because Generation X were also known as "Baby Boomers" (http://www.businessdictionary.com/definition/Generation-Y.html).
Millennials are people born from the 1980's to the 2000's. People from my generation are less concerned about marriage, religion, politics and spend a great amount of time on social media; not to mention debt. Millennials are the "Digital Natives". We were born with technology advancing and did not require the need to adapt. 81% of us are on Facebook. This generation has also been the most diverse generations of all. Although racial diversity is higher, social trust is is lower.

Week 3 EOC: Making Money for Good
"The Profit-With-Purpose revolution has begun"
- Dr. Andrew Kuper, LeapFrog Founder
LeapFrog is working with the idea that by covering families with insurance, there will be more potential get them out of poverty. By working with other companies, LeapFrog is able to cover millions of families. Insurance may have the biggest impact on people's financial status as well as social status. "85% of low-income people are emerging consumers" (http://www.leapfroginvest.com/lf/about/profit-with-purpose).
People in poverty live "hand-to-mouth". Many families want to send their kids to school or maybe they want to start their own business but many things could go wrong along the way. Insurance is the answer to help people and families to go with their ideas. LeapFrog believes the poor may also be investors and cycles of poverty may end.

Week 2 EOC: Boston Consulting Group - Video Games
"On September 12, 2007, it was reported by the Financial Times that the Wii had surpassed the Xbox 360, which was released one year previously, and had become the market leader in home console sales for the current generation" http://vgsales.wikia.com/wiki/Wii. The Wii did start out as a cash cow but is currently in the dog section of a BCG analysis.
"At that point, Microsoft finally kicked things into high gear and began offering several great Xbox One bundles alongside a serious price cut" http://bgr.com/2015/02/18/ps4-vs-xbox-one-vs-wii-u-lifetime-console-sales/. Microsoft did what it could to be on top of other game systems but could not keep up with PS4. Xbox is just has a strong sales in marketing making it a cash cow.
As of 2015, the PS4 is globally the top seller in hardware systems. Doing a BCG analysis, I consider them a star. "The industry was down a little bit in May, but Sony's Playstaion 4 gamin console bounced back in a big way" http://venturebeat.com/2015/06/11/may-2015-npd-ps4-tops-console-sales-as-the-witcher-iii-has-strong-debut/.

Week 1 EOC: Great Customer Service
My experience with great customer service has always been at Samash Music. I always go there to check out new gear or to test instruments. Some prices might be a little higher than Guitar Center but they can match the prices. Right when I walk in, I just feel great. The reason they are my favorite place for customer service is because from my experience, they know what they are talking about.
Employees at Samash always offer suggestions for a better buy including quality and price. They also don't mind if you don't really know what you are talking about and talk on forever. Also, the store here in Vegas closes at 9pm. I have gone to there store around 8:50pm just to mess around with things and they don't seem to mind. They waited for me to leave instead of kicking me out.
I really like Samash's customer service and always recommend them to any musician. "Outstanding marketing companies go to great lengths to learn about and understand their customers’ needs, wants, and demands" (Marketing: An Introduction, 10th Edition. Armstrong 6). Even if I don't plan to buy anything, they go get a cable, the instrument I want to try out and ask for my amp preference.

Week 1 EOC: My Voice
As a child, guitars always amazed me; specifically classical guitars. My dad would always call me to the living to watch musicians and vocalists perform. I cannot remember my age, but since the first time I seen a guitar on TV, I knew I wanted a real one. My parents did not take me serious since I was so little and guitars are somewhat expensive. I bugged them for years. I was so happy I finally got my first classical guitar!
Even if I didn’t really know what I was doing, I played my guitar all day. I eventually got the hang of it. The older I grew, the more I knew and the more I practice.
I practiced so much my dad did take away from me once. I know he wants to see me get somewhere with music but not my guitar, anything but my guitar!
I am a musician and professional audio engineer. Creativity is support important to me when it comes to making music. It is a big part of my life and a huge part of my future.
